Ridley Scott directed the movie. He also directed Alien.

2.Artistically, what did you like about this film?

I loved the lighting and atmosphere building in the movie. I love the dramatic contrast of the scenes.

3.Was Decker a replicant?

I think hes a replicant. Not even taking into account that the director said so, but there are several little hints as such throughout the movie.
